Good pet store (for fish) in Norfolk/Portsmouth/Suffolk/VA Beach area?

Does anybody know any? I prefer the "mom and pop" shops to the big crappy ones like petco. They tend to have a better selection and healthier animals and I need to find a place to continue my fish addiction after moving. Thanks for reading my post :)
