I'm stuck in Kanto, help? (Pokemon HeartGold)?

Make sure that you have the Expansion Card from the Kanto Radio Tower and then stand by the Snorlax, open up the Radio and find the Pok�mon Flute channel (should be at the very top in the center). then go up to the Snorlax and hit "A". I would suggest catching it, it is amazing.
