Your whole escapade sound decidedly dodgy to me. How old are you and your cousin? Do your parents know? Who are you going to meet in Liverpool? I guess someone you have met on the internet. Do you know, or have your thought about, whether he is who he says he is? So without some answers and fuller explanation, I for one am not going to help further.
