Self harm - family, friends and bf troubles?

A similar situation happened to me past year. I know if sounds lake but you really aren't alone. I use to cut just to feel, and in the end it just made stuff a lot worse. Try to look for the good in the future. Do things you love, stop doing things that hurt you or make you feel bad. Talk to a therapist. It seems horrible now but you are worth it. Don't give up. Stay strong, dear. Things will get better in time.
