Riviera Beach, FL Mid-80's: Can any remember the bar that was ON the beach, but UPSTAIRS?

Riv Beach wasnt that big back then. You walked up the stairs, and this place had a nice dance floor to the left. straight ahead from the stairs you could go outside on the deck...and they really didnt "card" back then? This is in the days of Pretty in Pink, Breakfast Club, Saint Elmo's Fire if you remember that far back....It's keeping me awake at night. Lots of white xmas twinkle lights, etc. etc.
