University of phoenix or regular college?

im starting school on monday at compton college and i want to study accounting. i want to get my associated degree there and then transfer to long beach university to get my masters there. but i seen an ad that you can get it at university of phoenix faster. i was just wonder what would be my best choice because i heard that phoenix isnt a good school.
