How to sun tan and protect facial scar at the same time?

I'd suggest either covering the scar with the sunscreen and then later try to use shaded foundation make-up to blend that area with the rest of your tanned face. Or cover your whole face with the sunscreen and later use makeup to blend with the body tan.
