What islands should we visit while on a honeymoon in Greece? Any ideas on where to get private boat guides?

We'll be in Greece for 9 days in July. The first and last days we will stay in Athens with the middle completely available. We both love to hike and enjoy the beach...she isn't into large crowds so although we want to see Mykonos we might just quickly visit instead of spending several days there. Any thoughts?
