Any suggestions for my Fire Red Pokemon team?

You could get Eevee from Celadon City from the back door of the mansion at the top floor, however it can't evolve for a long time. I would strongly suggest getting a Dratini, because weak as it is, once it evolves into Dragonair then Dragonite it is one of the strongest Pokemon in the game. When u get surf, go north of the Cerulean entrance to the cave that leads to Lavender city, then surf down to Power Plant and in there is the legendary Zapdos.
