Help losing body fat for the summer?

You can't lose weight in just one place. When you lose weight, you're going to lose it all over, no matter what. Running is going to tone you up/build muscle, while also burning calories. But if you're wanting to avoid more muscle I'd go with speed walking. The elliptical is a great machine as long as you aren't using a high resistance, because that will also build muscle.
